These terms and conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of both the business and participants in our sessions. By registering for and attending our session you agree to abide by these terms.

Participation Guidelines

• Our sessions are open to children aged 0 to 4, except where advertised as different and they’re always accompanied by their parents or guardians.

• We ask that parents or guardians actively participate in the sessions and supervise their little ones. It’s important that they’re responsible for their child during the time they’re with us.

• Each child must be accompanied by at least one adult.  We do have special arrangements with child minders. Please contact us for information

• We look forward to seeing you and your little ones join us!

 

Health and Safety

• Before your child joins our sessions please let us know if they have any allergies, medical conditions, or sensory sensitivities. We want to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable.

• Children (and sometimes adults too!) should wear comfortable clothes that they can move around in easily. And don’t forget to bring extra clothes, because our messy play can get a bit wild!                               

• We also have a rule that we can’t let anyone join the class if they’re showing signs of illness that could make others sick. So, please keep an eye on your child and make sure they’re feeling well.

• Our activities and equipment are designed to be safe and appropriate for the age of our participants. But, as parents or guardians, you’re the ones who are responsible for ensuring your child’s safety during the class. We trust you!

 

Booking &.Registration

• All sessions are booked in advance through our special booking platform. To secure your session or event, please make a full payment at the time of booking. Spaces are limited, so don’t delay—first come, first served!​

Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are only available for cancellations  in cases of emergency or illness, in which case we may offer a refund or rescheduling. If the Pastel Play cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances, participants can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Liability

• While every endeavour is made to guarantee the safety and enjoyment of activities, the Pastel Play assumes no liability for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may transpire during the class.

• Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising their child and ensuring their safety and  well-being.

• Pastel Play shall not be held accountable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the class.

 

Conduct and Behaviour

• Participants are kindly requested to maintain a respectful demeanour towards instructors, fellow attendees, and staff.

• The Pastel Play reserves the authority to request individuals to depart from the class if their conduct adversely affects the experience of others.

 

Privacy

• Personal information provided during booking (such as name and contact details) will be used exclusively for the management of session registrations and communication purposes.

 

• Personal information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except in instances where compliance with applicable  laws is necessary.

 

Photography and Media

• Photography can be used during classes for promotional purposes, and consent will be obtained during registration. However, parents or guardians who do not want their child to be featured in promotional materials must notify the Pastel Play in advance. 

• Photographs may be published on our website and social media platforms.

 

Access/Facilities

All our premises are, pram, pushchair , wheelchair accessible  and offer baby changing facilities and disabled toilets.

Agreement
